What Helps Us Quote Accurately
The more context you can give us, the more precise your quote will be. It is completely fine to keep it short — even a couple of sentences helps. Useful things to mention include:

- Whether you prefer one-on-one coaching, a group program or a workshop for your team

How much does coaching cost?
Because every program is built around the individual or the team, we quote each engagement individually. Your quote will set out exactly what is included and the total cost — there are no hidden extras. Requesting a quote is free.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply to every quote request within two business days, always by email to the address you provide.
Is the quote binding or obligatory?
Not at all. A quote is an invitation to work together, valid for thirty days. You are welcome to take your time, ask questions or decline — no hard feelings, ever.
Do you offer online sessions?

Can I get a quote for a workplace or group program?
